Ketanji Brown Jackson's Fraternal Order of Police Endorsement Is Blacked-out

Joe Biden is flanked by woke corporatists as he hypes endorsement
of hate group, Fraternal Order of Police.
Pres Joe Biden hyped the endorsement of a rightwing hate group, the Fraternal Order of Police, in the roll-out of the nomination of Ketanji Brown Jackson to serve as Assoc Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court.

But this strange communion with a hate group has been blacked-out by every, single elected Democrat and the liberal media.

The uniformity of silence is scary to those who find police violence and its defenders unsettling.

The Biden screw-up should have elicited outrage.

Afterall, the Fraternal Order of Police has openly promoted hate towards Black Lives Matter in Philly, New York, Chicago, Minneapolis, the whole country.

Instead, the woke crowd and the media propaganda apparatus falls in line, pretending the Fraternal Order of Police endorsement didn't happen, and that Biden did not really cite this endorsement, and only this group endorsement, yesterday.

Joe Biden is the architect of more cops, inhuman drug wars, against decriminalization of pot, and no Democrat dares to ask why this character picked Ketanji Brown Jackson as nominee.

Biden was an indecent zealot for mass incarceration and no Democrat asks, why Brown Jackson.

Now, we know. Biden and the Fraternal Order of Police, as the leading drug war scumbags, want to continue the American police prison state.

Brown Jackson is a Democrat careerist, and her values are not for civil liberties and human rights. She will promote the Biden's retrograde jurisprudence and make judicial policy, in accordance with imprisoning as many people as possible.

To Biden and the Democrats, mired in the fatuous woke religion, only Jackson's skin color matters, as a selling tool.

The Fraternal Order of Police endorsement is a forbidden subject.

Ketanji Brown Jackson is no progressive, she is a woke corporatist, and she will screw the American people first chance she gets.

Biden Cites Fraternal Order of Police, Law Enforcement and W. Bush to Establish Bona Fides of Court Nominee

Stealth Cop Nominee in Black Face

Updated - The jailer-in-chief Joe Biden did not disappoint today.

Biden cited the rightwing, hate group, Fraternal Order of Police favorably! The Fraternal Order of Police!

Biden nominated Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to serve as Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Those wondering why Ketanji Brown Jackson got their answer.

Biden cited the endorsements by the Fraternal Order of Police, law enforcement and George W. Bush as evidence Brown Jackson is worthy of confirmation. See also Trump's Talk with Police Group Is Fascism Incarnate.

Biden cited no other group's endorsement of Brown Jackson today, delivering a signal she is a cop lover behind her black face.

All woke politics all the time.

But what stands out today is Biden touting law enforcement, including an actual hate group, almost as often as the fact Brown Jackson is "Black" with a literal capital B. See White House.

Paul Ryan Cheerleaded Ketanji Brown Jackson as Federal Appellate Court Nominee in 2012

U.S. Senate Republicans are calling for confirmation hearings today, while Democrats want ratification and consent now for Ketanji Brown Jackson because the Supreme Court nominee is black, and is a woman.

The White House is so enthralled with the nominee's skin color, today's press release capitalizes, "Black," as in, "If confirmed, she will be the first Black woman to serve on the Supreme Court."

Wow, she must really be Black?

Well, all black people and all woman are represented now because Brown Jackson has black skin and is a woman, right?

Wrong, but Biden wants loyalty and skin color, with a bit of meaningless genetics thrown in.

"I’m looking forward to making sure there’s a Black woman on the Supreme Court to make sure we in fact get everyone represented," said dopey Joe Biden at a debate before South Carolina's Democrat Party primary in Feb. 2020.

There was a time when character and commitment mattered, but those days are gone.

Biden's racist and sexist past and this ridiculous nominee of genetics are now presented to the American people, with the small matter of the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary confirmation hearings brushed aside.

Identity politics Democrats are hyping Paul Ryan's 2012 support for Ketanji Brown Jackson for federal appellate judge.

"Our politics may differ, but my praise for Ketanji’s intellect, for her character, for her integrity is unequivocal. She’s an amazing person, and I favorably recommend her consideration," said Ryan at the December 2012 United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary hearing.

To succeed in Democrat Party politics, all you really need is skin color and some other basis to establish identity bone fides.

Ask Biden, and all of the Democrats demanding a coronation based on skin color and sex.

Ask questions, and you engage in "
baseless and racist attacks," says Elie Mystal.

Ketanji Brown Jackson ain't no William O. Douglas. But that's not what's important in Democrat politics.

Trump Mocks Kavanaugh Accuser as GOP Promises Confirmation Vote

Donald Trump and Republicans will not let credible sexual assault accusations and Brett Kavanaugh's torrent of lies detour his successful Senate confirmation vote.

The Republican Party is a white supremacist, misogynistic, indecent faction of America.

Three Republican U.S. senators will decide the future of liberties, as determined by a rightwing United States Supreme Court.

"[I]f I were a senator, I would vote against Kavanaugh’s confirmation. I would do it both because of Ford’s testimony and because of Kavanaugh’s. For reasons I will describe, I find her account more believable than his. I would also do it because whatever the truth of what happened in the summer of 1982, Thursday’s hearing left Kavanaugh nonviable as a justice, writes Benjamin Wittes in The Atlantic.

As the Republican Party looks to pull off a coup, Kavanaugh could have killed and raped people, and Trump, looking to the rightwing for help, would press on.

Brett Kavanaugh Confirmation Hearings Veer into Absurd Comedy

Saturday Night Live is necessary to process the pro-
rape faction attempting a take over of the United States.
Above is a head shot of Matt Damon offering a
brilliant depiction of Brett Kavanaugh's appearance
before the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary.
Meticulous journalism is insufficient to describe the macabre affair of the rapist wanna-be nominee to the United States Supreme Court.

Committed to the state taking away a woman's right to choose, and other liberties deemed threatening to the Republican Party, Brett Kavanaugh's denial of attempted rape before the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary left civilized Americans traumatized and outraged.

Saturday Night Live is necessary, truly.
---
The Intercept has consistently offered the most insightful coverage of Kavanaugh, a partisan and personally repulsive figure, leading America into a land of permanent Republican rule.

Mehdi Hasan writes today on solutions:

Only a new FBI investigation into Ford’s allegations, time-limited to a week, now stands in the way of Donald Trump entrenching a hard-right conservative majority on the Supreme Court for a generation or more.

To be clear, such a majority on the Court would be an utter disaster for women, for people of color, and for the poor. One upside of Kavanaugh’s raw and angry rant on Thursday—he referred to the Democrats on the panel as 'you people,' a 'disgrace,' and accused them of exacting 'revenge on behalf of the Clintons'—is that it exposed the Court for what it is, a partisan on the political battlefield, not a disinterested defender of the Constitution.

So it’s past time for liberals and the left to consider court packing: When they next have control of the House, the Senate and the White House, Democrats should add at least two new seats to the Supreme Court and then fill them, ideally, with left-wing and well-qualified women of color. They could even call it 'court balancing.'

'Pack the courts as soon as we get the chance,' tweeted Indiana University law professor Ian Samuels, the co-host of the popular Supreme Court podcast First Mondays, on the the day Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement from the Supreme Court in June. 'Pack the courts' should be a phrase on par with‘abolish ICE.'

This might sound extreme – but it isn’t. The Constitution allows for Congress to decide on the number of Supreme Court justices. 'There is nothing magical about the number nine,' HuffPost’s Zach Carter observed in June. 'The court was founded in 1789 with just six justices and has included as many as 10, from 1863 to 1866 — when a Republican legislature intentionally shrank the court size to seven justices to prevent President Andrew Johnson from making any appointments.'
Do not believe for a moment that even at this time of maximum peril, the Democratic Party necessarily knows the stakes.

Most, if not all, social questions would be decided without regard to the general welfare and the rule of law. Much of the progress made in the United States in the past 150 years would be eroded, including civil rights, women's rights, workers' rights, and other liberties we take for granted.

Raising Brett Kavanaugh to the highest court in the land is the fulfillment of the Republicans' long game.

As David Brock has stated, "I don't need to see any documents to tell you who Kavanaugh is — because I've known him for years. And I'll leave it to all the lawyers to parse Kavanaugh's views on everything from privacy rights to gun rights. But I can promise you that any pretense of simply being a fair arbiter of the constitutionality of any policy regardless of politics is simply a pretense. He made up his mind nearly a generation ago — and, if he's confirmed, he'll have nearly two generations to impose it upon the rest of us."

Gorsuch the Statist Activist Lies to Begin Day Two

"I am heartened by the support I have received from people who recognize that here is no such thing as a Republican or a Democratic judge. We just have judges in this country," intoned Judge Neil Gorsuch on Day Two of his confirmation hearings before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Wow. Gorsuch must be the real deal—an intellectual jurist who modestly wishes to ascertain the law and facts in hearing federal litigation.

Don't believe it. The hearings are a blunt exercise in partisan power as blatant as exists in American society. And federal litigation is a means of Gorsuch imposing his religious, authoritarian politics.

Gorsuch is a statist activist looking to degrade the liberty claims of Americans, and he has reproductive rights and the 14th and 15th Amendments in his sights, for starters. Gorsuch will receive the vote of all Republican senators, and face the opposition from nearly all Democratic senators.

Discrimination claims, claims for liberty against incursions by the police and all manner of government, the entrenched private power of the corporation against the individual, Gorsuch would repeal decades of legal protection for Americans as a hostile Trump administration looks to inflict trauma onto American citizens.

The Fourth Amendment looks to die a quiet death if Gorsuch wins confirmation.
---
Consdier Justice Lewis Powell, writing for a unanimous Court in 1972, denouncing the Nixon administration’s electronic surveillance, warrantless-wiretapping program not just on Fourth Amendment grounds, but as a betrayal of the sovereign rights of citizens in a democracy to criticize their own government:

"History abundantly documents the tendency of Government - however benevolent and benign its motives - to view with suspicion those who most fervently dispute its policies. Fourth Amendment protections become the more necessary when the targets of official surveillance may be those suspected of unorthodoxy in their political beliefs. The danger to political dissent is acute where the Government attempts to act under so vague a concept as the power to protect ‘domestic security.’ Given the difficulty of defining the domestic security interest, the danger of abuse in acting to protect that interest becomes apparent. ... The price of lawful public dissent must not be a dread of subjection to an unchecked surveillance power. Nor must the fear of unauthorized official eavesdropping deter vigorous citizen dissent and discussion of Government action in private conversation. For private dissent, no less than open public discourse, is essential to our free society."
(UNITED STATES v. UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT, 407 U.S. 297 (1972))

Gorsuch represents the ideological brand of statists who look at civil liberties claims with suspicion and hostility, and Justice Lewis F. Powell, (no civil libertarian), would today never have been nominated by a Republican president, so radical has become the anti-people party.
