Scott Walker's mission from god is crazed, it's okay to say this

Madison, Wisconsin — Gov. Scott Walker (R) broke his 2014 campaign vow to serve four years if elected because God later told Walker to instead seek the Republican Party nomination for the presidency, Walker claimed, (Mal Contends, Mal Contends, The Politico, New York Times). Walker lied.

In January 2015, Walker laughed at suggestions he was seeking the presidency, saying, "We'll see about what God's calling is for the future," (Opoien, Capital Times). Walker lied.

God had presidential plans for the evangelical, (AmericaBlog), but god revised Operation President Walker in September 2015, and "called away" the Wisconsin pol from the campaign to instead help a "positive conservative message" rise up and oppose Trump, Walker claimed, (DemoCurmudgeon).

In 2006, god had also called on Walker to first run for, and then get out of the race for governor, (Walsh, Salon).

This is either terrible Scott Walker project management by god or just another lie by Scott Walker.

In any event the corporate media failed to accurately report this religious-inspired nonsense.

This divine malpractice does point to a solution of Wisconsin's Scott Walker problem as he seeks another term as Wisconsin governor in 2018.

The corporate media should drop its taboo from reporting on and analyzing the crazed mania and delusion known as religious fundamentalism, especially when the whacked-out madness is assumed by this most dishonest of politicians.

No matter how fervently a candidate such as Scott Walker insists he gets political and policy marching orders from god, the taboo in conventional journalism remains: Stay away from a candidate's self-proclaimed religion.

This taboo is in defiance of reason and contributes to the most corrupt, cynical, deceitful and destructive politician in Wisconsin history getting a free ride.

Now, Scott Walker has become Trump's faithful servant, and nothing from creating baby jails to bad-mouthing Harley-Davidson to defending neoNAZIs will deter Walker from praising and obeying Donald Trump.

Walker's every decision in life — whom to marry, elected office, dropping "bomb(s)" — is made through the process of Scott Walker hearing and obeying god, (Rothschild, The Progressive), Walker has long insisted.

Walker has targeted political enemies as governor in a manner so vicious and deceitful that every organ of public affairs should be sharp-shooting Walker's decision-making. But Walker hides behind god, and corporate journalistic convention as much as the state patrol and the capitol police, as he actually targets segments of the population.

Running against the right people is a staple of all campaigns, right and left, but it's rarely as clear the raison d'etre of one as it is the raison d'etre of the Walker campaign. It is a toxic combination of belligerence and aggressive victimhood. You have to go all the way back to the George Wallace campaigns of 1968 and 1972 to find one that is so clearly defined by the people whose political power it wants to crush.

The corporate press has failed Wisconsin as it refuses to hold Walker accountable for his evangelical nonsense driving his malicious politics.

As Walker seeks his third term for governor, it's past time to report on this lying, malignant fundamentalist hack for what he is.

Anything less invites Walker's reelection. As a 54-year resident of Wisconsin, I do not believe we as a state can recover from another Walker term.

Trump and Scott Walker — Collaboration in Shared Malice

Rivals for the 2016 presidential nomination of the Republican Party, the Iowa caucuses sent the two pols in different directions—launching the campaign of the New York developer and aborting the run of the religious zealot.

Walker claimed he was "called away" by God in September 2015 after his poll numbers plunged and God reportedly told Walker to find a "positive conservative message" to oppose Trump.

God had anointed Walker just weeks earlier, reportedly telling Walker in July 2015 his "plan" is for Walker to run for president, though Walker was quickly revealed as a ridiculous figure (Mal Contends, Mal Contends, The Politico, New York Times).

God and politics change, and now Walker is a leading ally of Trump's.

What actually happened is Walker and Trump are pathological lightweights whose bizarre hatred of Wisconsin and United States citizens, particularly black and brown people, has forged the two in shared delusions of battle, valor and shining genius.

This madness would be disqualifying if the Democratic Party of Wisconsin (DPW), were running in 1950s-60s-70s mode, the DPW glory days.

Walker and Trump's alliance is forged in unhealthy lust, bordering on sadism, to injure and dominate disfavored agents and enemies identified by vocalized criticism of this fascistic movement, and an old-fashioned fascist movement is what this is. All the elements are blinking red: There's the white folk myth, agents of corruption and evil, cowardice, careerism and 1,000,000s of bystanders.

God had nothing to do with the rise and fall of Scott Walker and Donald Trump.

The partnership between Trump and Walker in shared malice is an alarming step in using political power and pubic policy as a means to inflict, imprison, even kill. Why Wisconsin Republicans have not sought to bring back the death penalty is a political mystery.

As movement architects, both Walker and Trump appear to revel in their own genius and boldness in implementing demonization and division to procure electoral and policy victories. Fascism in classical liberal societies is an old story but post-Citizens United, it takes no vision to see where we are headed.

Consider the white supremacist rally and murder in Charlottesville, and Trump's embrace of a serial child molester in Alabama, shameful acts that tell the story of who Trump and Walker are.

Scott Walker's conduct with respect to Charlottesville and the Roy Moore-child molestation saga show the two white supremacists' deep commitment to themselves replacing simple decency.

In August 2016, Walker declined to criticize Trump for his surreal embrace of white supremacists in Charlottesville (The Capital Times).

"My comment on this is I denounce the bigotry and hatred and I’ll let the president and his team speak for him," said Walker, (Political Heat, Fox6Now-Milwaukee). Every Wisconsin newspaper and local TV station should have saturated the state with coverage of this outrage. But racism is part of Wisconsin's DNA, so this outrage was more-or-less expected.

Roy Moore

The year after Charlottesville, in Nov. 10, 2017, Walker defended sexual predator Roy Moore, saying allegations of child sexual assault are not credible, comparing women's complaints of assault with unfounded rumors that Walker had a "love child," (Wisconsin State Journal). Walker reversed himself three days later after widespread criticism.

Wisconsin 2018

As a life-long Wisconsinite, I'm not sure if Scott Walker were to face the Wisconsin people in a grand public setting and then explicitly declare black and brown people as inferior and women as less than men, if this madness would knock Walker's support below 46 percent.

I just don't know, and but I do intend to keep fighting.

Scott Walker for Pres Talk Omits Fact Wisc Gov Is a Lightweight

Scott Walker is seeking the attention of billionaires again, (Opoien, The Capital Times), (Amato, The Capital Times), after agreeing to speak at the Republican National Convention next week in Cleveland.

Republican delegates will never choose the Iowa native, a policy lightweight of such limited ability he achieved a 0-percent polling value in Iowa before tanking his presidential campaign last year.

Last August, Walker famously yelled at an Iowa audience, "I am not intimidated by you," as he ignored policy questions from the crowd, (Williams, Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel).

The widespread ridicule saw Walker's political futures plummet, before dropping out in September, on the advice of God, Walker said.

Business Insider: Burn Rate and Policy Ignorance Doomed Walker, Not God

Maxwell Tani at The Business Insider offers a redux of the Scott Walker collapse.

Tani paints a picture of the grandiosity of Walker's ego, a stunning lack of policy knowledge leading first the donors and then the staff and Republican voters to abandon Gov. Lightweight.

Tani notes without comment Walker's line in his I'm-quitting address last week: "Today, I believe that I am being called to lead by helping to clear the field in this race so that a positive, conservative message can rise to the top of the field. With this in mind, I will suspend my campaign immediately."

So god moonlights as a Republican Party strategist and calls out Republican candidates for the nomination as they injure the Party with their candidacies?

It wasn't god, it was the burn-rate of money and Walker's lack of knowledge that drove Walker to get out ASAP.

But regardless of campaign-staff problems, Walker wasn't helped by his own demeanor on the trail. He stepped into several high-profile gaffes that critics and some analysts say showed his shakiness on policy issues and his naïveté as a governor.

Walker struggled to answer questions about whether he supported birthright citizenship, an issue on which he took three different positions in a single week, and the renewable-fuel standard, an ethanol subsidy that is a significant campaign issue in Iowa. He was also criticized for refusing to answer if he would accept more Syrian refugees as president, after saying that he didn't answer 'hypothetical' questions.

It wasn't Walker's "demeanor," the guy didn't know anything. The fact Walker was elected governor in GOP-friendly elections, (midterms and Recall), is a mark on the Wisconsin political culture.

The truth about Walker is he is a crooked former Milwaukee County Executive (2002-2010) who has built a disreputable public legacy playing on the worst of racism and misogyny, while too many Wisconsin people who should speak up, (or at least vote), remained silent.

So Walker is back in Wisconsin.

Scott Walker Postmortems Echo Wisconsin Critics

The big, the bold and the benighted, that's our governor.

The vast majority of Wisconsin citizens who did not vote for Scott Walker regarded him as one part corrupt, one part dishonest, one part dense and one part deluded.

Writers across the state bashed Walker for fun and profit since 2009.

The national political press is having some fun now with Walker as well.

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker pulled the plug on a bloated campaign that was headed into debt and was being undermined by furious donors, a warring staff and — at the root of it all — a candidate who was badly out of his league.

From the New York Times (Bruni):

There’s so much we’ll never know [about Walker], such as how far he was willing to take his single issue. ... I feel certain that he was mere weeks away from a big speech advocating the deployment of ground troops to stamp out collective bargaining among the Sherpas in Nepal.

I feel certain, too, that his best gaffes were still to come, though he gave us several gems. In an era lacking visionary leadership, he envisioned a great wall along our northern border to keep out the tides of Canadians fleeing the tyranny of free health insurance. And we learned that years back, he mangled an intended 'mazel tov' in a letter to a Jewish constituent, instead writing: 'Thank you again and Molotov.'

And I wonder: Was it his shallowness that undid him? Just how little learning will Republican voters abide in a candidate?  ...

Walker evaded foreign policy questions, apparently petrified of being tripped up. He bungled domestic policy questions, seemingly unable to cling to a sturdy position.

Wisconsin, the some 74 percent who didn't vote for Scott Walker can take it all in now, this pathological lightweight is exposed for what he is.

Perhaps those Wisconsin rural citizens who care about thriving school districts and livable wages can do a rethink on Scott Walker.

The Politico—Walker Sprung Quitting on Supporters

Scott Walker is so self-centered, utterly immersed in himself, he neglected to contact major supporters who had to read the news about Walker dropping out in the New York Times (Goldmacher and Isenstadt, The Politico).

The piece in The Politco also puts the lie to Walker's BS that God called him to quit, as Walker claimed yesterday. This may be obvious to most, but reveals much about Walker's lack of character.

Even now, Walker neglects to tell his supporters on his website why he quit. Class act. Worse, pathological.

Scott Walker Exits with Petulance

Scott Walker—exposed as a lightweight and humiliated on the national stage by uninformed responses to simple policy questions— has the Wisconsin people concerned, concerned he may take his frustrations out on Wisconsin (Mal Contends).

Scott Walker is not a normal, healthy person.

Rejected, Walker will do whatever is in his power to vandalize, toxify and inflict injury onto the Wisconsin people.

These are the actions of a sociopath.

Scott Walker—Your Homeland Is Calling

Hey Scott Walker,

You lied to us, repeatedly.

You stole from us.

You conned whole swaths of the Wisconsin citizenry.

You attacked educational institutions that took generations to build.

You attacked and still attack the Wisconsin Idea.

You bragged about diving and conquering the Wisconsin people.

You've attacked women, our black and brown fellows, the right to vote, our shared environment.

One can go on.

It's past time, and I'm not alone in this sentiment, you consider leaving Wisconsin and going back to your native Iowa, though any other place than Wisconsin will do.

Scott Walker Called by God to Quit

Scott Walker announced he is leading by quitting, with God's "calling" him to step aside.

God reportedly spoke nine weeks after Scott Walker emailed supporters: "This is God’s plan for me and I am humbled to be a candidate for President of the United States," (AmericaBlog).

Disappointed campaign donors called the shots, and not God, though it is possible Walker was told, "You have been weighed on the scales and found wanting."

A coward to the end, Scott Walker took no questions at his press conference late Monday afternoon in Madison.

"Today, I believe that I am being called to lead by helping to clear the race so that a positive conservative message can rise to the top of the field. With that in mind, I will suspend my campaign immediately," said Walker (TPM).
