One bid was solicited with one bid received. Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2022. Fiscal 2018 foreign military sales funds in the amount of $11,163,000 were obligated at the time of the award. CECOS Group,* Milford, Ohio, was awarded an $8,559,738 firm-fixed-price contract for jacketed and non-jacketed pile, deck and miscellaneous repairs for the South Wharf at Military Operations Terminal Sunny Point, Brunswick County, North Carolina. Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. Work will be performed in Southport, North Carolina, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 27, 2022. This is a one-year base contract with four one-year option periods. Maximum dollar amount is for the life of the contract. This was a competitive acquisition with 13 responses received. DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY

Fiscal 2017 and 2018 research and development funds in the amount of $3,216,772 are being obligated at the time of award.
