From the Huffington Post:
Palin spoke out against government intervention in the economy. 'We got into this mess because of government interference in the first place,' Palin said, according to the Wall Street Journal. 'We're not interested in government fixes, we're interested in freedom, she added.
Go Sarah in 2012!
Have Republicans really gone so far as to seriously consider this woman for president? Yes.
Sarah Palin is the embodiment of the modern GOP hijacked by ignoramuses, racists and screeching demagogues. The GOP has won Appalachia and the American South for a generation. Non-Palinesque Republicans would do well to jump this crazy train now.
Explain.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, if your criticism even veers toward the "hillbilly" remarks and includes the dreadfully anti-semitic Huffington Post, you've pretty much lost all credibility.
I don't understand your "hillbilly" reference, nor how you manage to work the Huffington Post into your comment.
ReplyDeleteIt’s tragic that the obscene anti-Semitic charge is tossed around with such disdain for truth.
No, the Huffington Post is not anti-Semitic and your recklessness speaks loudly.
Objecting to Israeli-American militarism and the disgraceful way Arabs are treated in the region is sufficient to draw the charge from those dedicated to militarism and without the decency to appreciate the immorality of character assassination.
The anti-Semitic charge when made by militarists is never followed by evidence though the gravity of the charge demands a mountain of substantiation.
A serious commenter or one with a moral compass would not make such an accusation without proof.
By now the militarists’ list of accredited anti-Semites includes Chomsky, the whole of J-Street, Huffington Post, CounterPunch and most of American Jewry objecting to the depraved militarism in the region that creates actual anti-Semites daily.
Your incoherent reference to "credibility" is relavant but not in the way you apparently believe.
