Minneapolis Cop, Mohamed Noor, Is Admitted Killer of Innocent Woman—Now, Cops and other Supporters Say the Killing Merits Probation

Justine Ruszczyk-Damond was gunned down in cold blood
on July 15, 2017 by a Minneapolis cop, Mohamed Noor.
Minneapolis police have a message for the family of
Ruszczyk-Damond: We don't mind because you don't matter.
Update: Killer is sentenced to 12½ years.

Justine Damons’s father John Ruszczyk, in a statement read in court, asked for the maximum sentence and called her killing "an obscene act by an agent of the state."

"Justine’s death has left me incomplete — it is as if I have lost a limb or a leg,” he said in the statement. “I have lost my daughter, I have lost those private conversations over tea."

Noor said, "[M]y intent was to stop the threat," referring to Ms. Damond approaching the squad in her pajamas after she called 911 for help.

Damond and the police never exchanged words, though, as the depraved killer pulled out his pistol and shot her dead.

Madison, Wisconsin — Human garbage and ex-Minneapolis cop, Mohamed Noor, gunned down Justine Ruszczyk-Damond in cold blood on July 15, 2017.

Now, an eclectic group of dozens of police and other assorted idiots want the family of Ms. Ruszczyk-Damond to know a murdering cop's life is more important than his innocent victim's, (Minnesota Public Radio, Minneapolis Star-Tribune).

Noor admitted gunning down the unarmed woman who had phoned 911 out of concern she had heard an assault.

So, naturally Noor and his cop partner arrived and Noor shot Ms. Ruszczyk-Damond who had stepped out of her home and approached the squad while dressed in her pajamas.

After the killing, there was no indignation, no shock and no expressed moral objection from fellow cops towards Moor. Rather, Moor was urged to say nothing, the better to get away with gunning down an innocent woman in cold blood.

It's the way it is.

Hennepin County District Judge Kathryn Quaintance set sentencing for 9 a.m. June 7.
