Apart from the appalling lack of respect for our veterans, the prosecution and conviction of Vietnam-era veteran Keith Roberts, jailed for seeking VA PTSD disability benefits in March, raises disturbing due process issues, and improper conduct of the US Atty's office in a potential landmark judicial case, now under appeal.
