Four Women Are Changing Wisconsin History as Press Blackouts a Spectacular Scandal in Plain Sight

Kathleen Zellner is a post-conviction attorney who
wins freedom for the wrongfully convicted. Zellner
represents the wrongfully convicted Steven Avery
in Wisconsin, and has amassed a world-wide
following of admirers and innocence fighters.
In image above, Zellner is depicted holding her
dog, Bruno, backed by the Eye of the Tiger, a meme
for Zellner. Zellner says her dog is a
cockapoo who hates Brady violations.
Update II: See also new piece in Newsweek: "We do believe our current motion re the State’s disposal of the bones is one of the most significant developments in the Avery case," said post-conviction atty, Kathleen Zellner.

She also spoke of how a second trial would fare for Avery. "If the court does grant relief either it will order an evidentiary hearing or a new trial but not a release," Zellner explained. "What will lead to Mr. Avery’s release is a new trial and acquittal because we will be able to refute  all of the State’s case with the new evidence we have developed over the last 3 years. Mr. Avery is innocent and will not be convicted a second time."

Update: Post-conviction attorney Kathleen Zellner posts her next two steps in litigation currently in Wisconsin appellate court.

Litigation in appellate court is currently being stalled by the state of Wisconsin.

Writes Zellner: "We are optimistic that the appellate court will rule in SA’s favor re bones but if it does not just remember WE CANNOT WAIT to file our 150 page brief. It is ready to go w/all the new case law."

Zellner is using facts, the law and truth against a state desperately attempting to block out examination of state action including destruction of evidence, lying to the Court and hiding the existence of exculpatory evidence.
Madison, Wisconsin — Let's make a docu-series on that Wisconsin case where a guy was exonerated, and then came back to gruesomely kill an innocent woman.

Bet there's a good story's there.

Whatever possessed Laura Ricciardi and Moira Demos to film Making a Murderer, nothing will be the same again here in Wisconsin, though new Attorney General Josh Kaul (D) is working to cover up a scandal and frame-up that should be shaking the foundation of law enforcement and every crooked one of this cult living off of, and preying on the good people of Wisconsin.

Not one elected local, state or national official has joined forces with those working for the freedom and exoneration of the wrongfully convicted Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey.

The Manitowoc County Sheriff Office (MCSD) and the Calumet County Sheriff Office (CCSD), district attorneys (one was forced from office following 10 different sexual harassment complaints), judges, the Wisconsin Dept of Justice, all have been revealed as corrupt and crooked.

Yet, this indisputable feature of Wiscosnin law enforcement — corrupt and crooked — is ignored like fighting against snow in February. No use, you can't control the weather or crooked cops.

Laura Nirider, co-director of the Center on Wrongful Convictions of Youth at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, called bullshit, and represented wrongfully convicted 16-year-old Brendan Dassey.

Laura Ricciardi and Moira Demos called bullshit.

So did post-conviction attorney Kathleen Zellner representing Steven Avery.

These four women all of whom live outside Wiscosnin have so changed the culture, have shone so much light on Wisconsin that nothing should ever be the same again. The rest is ours.
