Attorney Matt Flynn on Foxconn: Give Me the Go-ahead, Have Firm Ready to Litigate Against Foxconn Contract

Madison, Wisconsin — News that Foxconn is backing out of its commitment to site manufacturing operations in Wisconsin is sparking outrage across the state already hostile to the Taiwanese corporation to which Wisconsin is obligated to gift massive public subsidies, (Reuters, Bloomberg, NBCNews).

Matt Flynn, a Milwaukee attorney, is an outspoken opponent of Foxconn in Wisconsin.

Flynn announced this afternoon he is ready to launch complex litigation against Foxconn as soon as Gov Tony Evers (D) gives the go-ahead.

Tony Evers should really listen to his betters at this point.

Our state Democratic leaders, both in the legislature and the Administration, are the only people who can stop this through immediate litigation.
