SC Case on Denial of Help to Veterans Won't Bring Relief

Don't expect much help for veterans from Henderson v. Shinseki, No.09-1036.

Most of the members of the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC), the top veterans court, are ideologically opposed to helping veterans.

And I would very surprised to see the U.S. Supreme Court order CAVC to both follow the law and to help veterans.

Waging war is easy for the neocons and chickenhawks.

Paying the costs of war to our veterans afterwards is difficult: Just too expensive and unseemly, says the American right-wing.
