This is what we tuned in to see. The speakers are staying away from making the conversation about national security (such discussions rarely elicit rational discourse in the American political culture), but McCain is being defined now as what he is.
MSNBC's Rachel Maddow: "Anybody who could be persuaded would be persuaded by (Hillary's) speech...She nailed it."
As for Wisconsin's people, Doyle and Baldwin draw raves as an inspirational Baldwin goes wonkish, and a wonkish Doyle gets inspirational.
