Since when did become okay to steal property and brandish a military knife and threaten people? I guess it's okay in Reno if the victims are Mexican.
I e-mailed the following to the Reno Police Dept, can't say if it were received:
Why are you not investigating this man, Jim Broussard, for trespassing, destruction of private property, theft of property, brandishing a weapon, a military knife (assault), among other causes for criminal action by your department?
I await your reply and will be monitoring your action in this matter.
I have Cc ed La Raza, the National Action Network, among other parties.

No, I was not aware of that history at all. Shoot me a URL on something, if you get a chance.

Michael Leon,
ReplyDeleteWhat about the fact that flying any foriegn flag over that of the US is a federal offense and recognized declaration of War?
That's wrong; First Amendment doctrine since 1989 under Texas v Johnson negates any fed code still on the books. No fed offense.
ReplyDeleteThough I think the composition of the current SC would vote to overturn, if a case came up.
An act of war? An act of war is what Congress declares an act of war to be, are you kidding?
The guy is a deluded thief also guilty of trespass, destruction of property and assult; you can't brandish military knives and wave them at people daring them to "fight."
The owner of Cantina El Jaripeo got what he wanted from Jim Broussard. Anger and hostility. One can not call Jim Broussard a racist criminal when both men were being disrespectful to the Mexico and the U. S.. The bar owner was inciting a riot.
ReplyDeleteIf one gets into a bull ring with a red cape then he has to assume that he will not always get out of the ring unscathed. I would not go to Mexico and put up a American Flag. That would be disrepectful to Mexico.
