The Kenosha County jailers are going through his legal documents and determining what is a legal document and what is not, they are taking papers away from him, they took all his notes away from him that he was making for the appeal.

Good question, the VA, US Atty Stephen Biskupic and the Kenosha jailers are a bunch of sweethearts.
