Wisconsin Joins Six States Asking U.S. Supreme Court to Hear State Marriage Equity Bans Issue

Following Judge Posner's opinion last week affirming Wisconsin's bans on same-sex marriage are unconstitutional, Wisconsin has joined six other states asking the U.S. Supreme Court to grant cert.
